Program Overview
The THP-NMD (Transitional Housing Program for Non-Minor Dependents) Pathway is a structured, independent co-living program designed specifically for young adults aged 18 to 21 who are transitioning out of the foster care system, with a specialized focus on young custodial fathers. We bridge the critical gap between institutional dependency and independent adulthood by providing premium housing paired with mandatory life-skills tracking.
How It Works
What Participants Achieve

The foundation was established to solve a critical, nationwide gap in the family support system: the institutional and systemic separation of fathers from their children. Recognizing that many fathers face overwhelming hurdles when trying to navigate complex family court tracking grids, custody frameworks, and child support systems without clear guidance, the foundation was launched to serve as a beacon of education and structural stability.
To introduce this mission to the public with maximum impact, the foundation executed the high-profile Swing, Swish & Score Celebrity Golf Invitational at the prestigious South Hills Country Club. By collaborating with prominent professional athletes, public executives, and NBA legends like Horace Grant, the foundation immediately proved its execution power, building an influential network to raise operational capital and secure long-term resources for family stabilization.
