The Fathers Rights Educational Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a public charitable organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3) and registered in the State of California.

Donations directly support the Foundation’s mission to educate, uplift, and unite fathers from all backgrounds — empowering them to become engaged, informed leaders within their families and communities.
Your generosity helps strengthen families, transform lives, and create lasting community impact.
Use of Donations
We make every effort to honor donor preferences for specific programs or initiatives whenever possible.
However:
All contributions are considered unrestricted
Funds may be applied to areas of greatest organizational need
The Foundation retains full discretion and control over how donations are used
If a designated program or purpose cannot be fulfilled, donations may be redirected to related initiatives that align with our mission.
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Donation Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable.
If you believe an error has occurred with your contribution, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.
Goods or Services
The Foundation does not provide goods or services in exchange for donations.
Contributions are considered voluntary charitable gifts.
Tax Deductibility
Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law.
Donors should:
Retain their donation receipts
Consult a qualified tax professional regarding deductibility and reporting
Donation Acknowledgements
Donors who contribute $249.99 or more in a calendar year will receive an annual written donation statement in January of the following year for tax reporting purposes.
